had them for some time now, but the tube has broke. emailed them the other day to ask about a new tube- yes no problem we will send you one free of charge cant ask for any better than that. now that`s what I call after sales service.

I got one of mine stuck fast in the ceiling space when installing a new circuit at my mother-in-law's house. D'ya think they'd replace that (the rod, not the mother-in-law).
