What are people's thoughts on running a distribution circuit behind the DNO's Cutout?

I've a consumer unit mounted with no clearance above or to the sides and I'm struggling to find a route to it easily.

There is a possible route I could use, but it would mean running the cable behind the dno board.

I know I can't touch the board or attach to it, but if there is clearance to the rear, would this be a suitable option?

D.
