cable size for chalet

Hi all,

Dad is planning a chalet type building at the end of the garden and is putting in the services soon (water, waste, electric)

He wants to get the armoured in ready and wants to know what size cable but dosent know exactly what will be going in there yet cable run will be 50m from the main 3 phase board (coming of the garage supply which has 3 phase).

Chalet will be betwen a studio flat to very small one bed flat size.

Estimate the design current!

How much power or current drawn!

An average house 60A/80A

List all the power used by each electrical item e.g. socket 32A cooker 6kW shower 8.5kW then apply installation methods, diversity, temp and voltage drop.

Send me a list of circuits and estimated power, I'll suggest a cable size.
