I'm on callout duty this week
But loads of calls, so loads of money eventually
Went to one last night - no power. Got there to find the key meter was in debit, hence no power. Pointed this out, then the tennant gets arsey with me that the emergency credit should last longer!!! They knew it was running on emergency credit, but it didn't occur to them that they should go and charge it up when the electricity cut out. The times I've been to these calls, and they always expect us to go and charge the meter for them because "It's an emergency".
Hopefully they will get billed for this call, but as they are on the social, I guess they won't end up footing the bill.
Grrrrr - I hate unemployed chavs!!
