Yes, the answer is 6.9 Volts or 3% for lighting-you appear to have 2 questions in one there!

The maximum volt drop for uses other than lighting is 5% or 11.5 Volts.

Do you have a copy of the On-Site Guide and BS7671:2008 ?

Agree, think this is a mock question and the wrong set of answers. The other question may be something along the lines of

In a 4mm radial circuit, what mcb/rccb would you use?
A.1%
B.3%
C.5%
D.7%
