I need help with this test question, i have a couple of ideas but they seem to simple to me. Just wounderd what everyone eles would put. Becasue im not totally happy with my awnsers.

A.)

You think that your low reading ohm meter is giving inaccurate readings, describe two ways you could check the instruments accuracy.

B.)

What you would need to do if it proves its giving false readings.

you could use a checkbox with known values to check against.
you could cross reffrence readings with another meter if you had access to one.



B.)What you would need to do if it proves its giving false readings.
send it for calibration

what course is it for? the 2330? or the 2356

2330 level 3, its something i should already know if im honest. I failed the first sit by 2 marks, its the first time iv ever failed an exam acually so im pretty disapointed. This was the question that i awnserd wrong on the paper, had i have gotton it right i would have passed.

that`s the worst part being so close on an exam. something thats easily overlooked mate especially when your in the exam under the stress. I have known lad`s come out and say i can`t think of xxxx just as they are saying it the answer comes into their head, i enjoyed the written exams more than i did the gola`s at least with the written you can put down what you are thinking and not be given the typical C&G ambiguous questions that you are trying to work out what they are asking rather than what the answer is. had plenty of them in the past. if you have access to smart screen it`s quite good. ask your tutor for the log in details.. also the moodle at college if they have one which most do now are really good

Thats just it, i was trying to work out what they were asking as to what the awnser was. Like you said... it was the same on some other questions. Compared to the multi choice this was fairly easy, i breazed those and failed this making it very hard to digest lol

I have the resit next week i beileve so im going to go in with a lesser mind if you will, maybe thats what it needed in the first place

yeh get there early have a coffee chill out for half an hour and in a good frame of mind and you will do it. also you know what`s coming this time round
