Hello, a customer wants a double socket in the lobby, its al laminated flooring and solid floor. The nearest socket is already spured off. The main electrics are in the lobby too and there are some splitter blocks feeding the main cu and a cooker unit. Could i get a feed from the splitter box to a 13A fused spur then to my new double socket??

Not knowing the full set up but how about change the excisting spured socket for an un switch fuse spur then instal socket(s) on load side

Why not pull back one of the legs of the ring main from the CU into the fuse spur then you would only be extending the ring into the Fuse spur and make it an RCD fuse spur to cover the new S/O
