The relevant regs or good practise guide for mounting cooker isolation switches in kitchens ie proximity to and distance from appliance and/or adjacent sinks etc.

It's in the Electricians Guide to the Building Regs. Haven't got it with me at the minute, so can't tell you what page.

They recommend 300mm for both IIRC.
