Aman Sarao

I am going completely off-grid using solar.

I have certain equipment which convert AC to DC, most of the equipment runs on 12V (Output rating on Adapters)

I was wondering if there is anyway to bypass the DC-AC-DC conversion and run the equipment on battery only?

To disconnect the supply isn't that difficult although it's not a job for an amateur. Post up your location we may have a member near you who could come and give proper advice

well, I am not an amateur. I already installed a couple of Solar Systems. BUT now I am going to install at my own place.

I just want to know if there is anyway to by pass the AC-DC conversion.

You obviously don't live in the UK then!!!

Oh Yes, I am from India

The equipment will have (I assume) a rectifier and DC choke which is used to smooth out the end DC voltage with the use of capacitors which discharge and stop you getting AC ripple on the end output DC (when running from AC).
If the batts are running at the same voltage as the end output then there really shouldn't be any problem unless the battery voltage is changed through the DC-AC-DC process - (inversion - rectified).
If the voltage is different you could add or loose batts and solve the problem?

What is the standard AC voltage in India? are you sure there is not a step down transformer after the AC input?
If its 240 there will be, certainly if you are going down to 12V in that case you probably couldn't.
