Been to a property to inspect for a possible CU change and could not visibly see the main earth coming from the cut-out. Didn’t try to lift the board up to find its origin and couldn't see any earth block or bonding to the gas/water.
Zs (not Ze) at the re-wirable CU is 0.30 ohms, PFC: 808 amps and PSC: 993 amps. (indicates TNS supply)
Can anyone explain as where I am getting an Zs of 0.30 from? Thanks.
