cant find the post on checking the EPC

thought there was a sticky post on finding out if there was already a EPC on a property, anyone put me in the right direction.?

Alternergy are doing a 240w REC black panel at £120 according to their December pricelist. Limited stock. Not sure if it's all black or only black-framed.

up against two other company's and they both have send assesers round, even at quote stage??????????, so strange. also looked up the postcode and its already got one done in 2009 and has a D rating,
