car ramp

hi folks i have recently installed a car ramp 32amp supply but sometimes it throws 30ma rcd carried out insulation resistance and its 100% would it requie a type c breaker and if so can u use a typec on a 30ma trip rest of circs are type b?

I would not use an rcd on a car ramp, why?..is it in someones kitchen/bathroom -

Why an RCD, mcb should be motor rated ( 9ka) - check your EL though

i know but it a 30ma protecting all 5 circuits not a split load cu wat wud be the most cost effective way of rectifyin?

If its an SPN suppply as I suspect it is replace RCd with Isolator and install rcbo's to required circuits

replacing main rcd for main switch and rcbo's would be the more expensive way round it (c rated mcb for ramp) but it will save you going back to the job x amount of times hope this helps
