Just a quicky 1mm flex is that ok on a 10 amp breaker? Books at home..cheers

max rating of 1.0mm is 10A, so I would go for a 6.

Do you mean appliance flex or installation cable? The MCB is sized according to the installation cabling, the plug fuse would be sized to protect the appliance flex.
