Alrite guys
Just got offered a job specialising in cctv for a company who works for big supermarket chains. they do all the cctv for them like cameras at checkouts all round the store and outside. im currently at college doing the apprenticeship in electrical installation. i was just wondering what kind of prospects is there for cctv installers and is it a feild really worth going into, im currently just doing a couple of days a week house bashing which is alrite because its all local work and i get picked up most of the time, the money been offered to me is brilliant a lot more than what im on now ,the only downside is it is night work but im sure ill get used to it. im basically just wondering if i give up the electrics to do this, can i, say, in the long term earn the same money in the future doing this as doing house bashing, and if anyone specialises in this kind of feild give me a quick rundown of what it really involves because as you know most employers make it sound great because they need someone i kinda want to know the truth.
cheers
