ah gotcha, makes life a lot easier, so the only real difference between , part scope and full scope is 3 phase?

If you mean the defined scope and full scope when referring to part p schemes it's nothing to do with 3 phase.

Defined scope is for trades that carry out minor electrical work as part of their main job (e.g. kitchen fitters).

Full scope is where electrical work is your main job and allows you to carry out and self-certify any electrical work within domestic dwellings.
