I've just looked at a house to buy and 1 of the things that if we buy it would be convert the cellar to a bathroom can this be done

As long as its structurally sound then don't see why not, you may have to get the walls tanked to stop the damp but if you get a 'decent' builder that knows what they are doing I'm sure they would be best to guide you as we can't see the cellar and are just mere sparks

I have wired loads of cellar conversions to kitchens, bedrooms with en suites and so on. Get it done properly as above ^^^^ may need tanking etc, and your water waste may need either a pump or a macerator, your builder will advise, but either way it will need electric. water doesn't flow uphill well without help.

Cheers..........Howard

Yeah you never know if your prospective client is really a serial killer looking for the next victim
It puts the lotion on it's skin or it will get the hose again:)

Exactly what Im thinking when in the cellar... Sharp flat head in the pocket!!! Haha

Just after the first of Fred West's crimes had made the news, I had to work on at address house in Nottingham the gaffer didn't tell us til the morning what it was and sure enough it was 25 Cromwell Street. Can't say I felt too easy about it.

Wow, I'll bet that was a bit creepy

Was a little weird, was a run down house being refurbished, don't think I ventured into the cellar needless to say the job did seem to go on forever.
