Im abit confused. Hope some1 can help.
We've just finished wiring 8 small office units. Each one has a sub-mains, fed with a 3c 16mm swa cable. All are ran back to a central point in the metre building. I am going to run all the SWA's on cable tray into a 3 phase consumer unit with seperate isolators for the buildings and 25mm tails out of the consumer unit. The builder has spoken to central networks and have sent him a checklist for us to complete before they can come and connect. They are bringng a new 3phase feed into the meter cuboard. I am unsure what some of the terms mean on the checklist due to me having a mainly domestic background and have never needed to have much cominication with centre networks. If someone could explain to me what i need to supply them with itd be greatly apreciated. Especially involving the CT chamber. This is the checklist:-

Have you:
1- Installed the CT chamber? (only applicable in MPAN 12 area)
2- Installed the main switch or isolator to BS 7671?
3- Provided metre tails and lugs as per instruction from the DNO?
4- Provided with a completion certificate

Thankyou.

2,3 and 4 are routine requirements, the terminology is a bit dated, 4 being an Electrical Installation Certificate.

I've never been asked to provide a CT chamber, this has traditionally always been done by the DNO (Bemco unit or equivalent).

Maybe the builder needs to check the terms agreed to on the initial application for supply.
