Ceramic Radiant heaters

Hi,

I have been asked to go and look at some ceramic wall mounted heaters that are tripping the circuit breakers every time they are switched on. There are 9 in total and only 4 seem to trip, they are all wired in separate radial circuits.
Has anyone had experience on these type of heaters and what the internals are off them?, or is it a case of if it is beyond repair just replace?

IR test each one with them disconnected from supply. that should give you some idea.
