Certificate apps for samsung galaxy

Hi all I use Icertifi on the iPhone and would like to swap my phone to the samsung galaxy but icertifi is not available on the samsung galaxy is there any available on the samsung that is not to expensive ?

I've just had a look at the app for the iPhone and it looks pretty good .... Did you pay for the subscription?

Formfill android is free...but you do need the computer software so don't know if that's any help...
