The NICEIC insp & test book is good for guidance on filling in their certs but some parts are also relevant to the generic forms available.

Say what you like about NICEIC but their publications are excellent, the book that Lenny mentions is a 'bible' for inspectors!

I've often wondered about this too.
How useful are earth fault loop impedance tests/measurements when the motor has a VSD? I presume the fault...
They have done electrical work... they should test it before anyone else gets a chance to alter it.
