Is there a web site that I can download a electrical certificate to show the labc.

Yes, Elecsa has them in the public downloads area and the IET website also has them.

The iet ones are free and nobody can say there not correct.

The Institution of Engineering and Technology - The IET that will get you to the home page, why do the labc want one have they never seen one before and if the answer is yes why does that not suprise me

I noticed the IET ones have less info than the NIC's ones

Dont worry about that as the IET writes the regs nobody will argue witht the Cert. The NIC ones are more indepth but the main info you have to fill out is the same.

Hopefully thats good, just rewired my sisters kitchen as a faver and building control wants a cert. Boss would not see the funny side of borrowing a NIC cert. I do think £175.00 ish is a bit much to comply with part P
