A mate of mine works for a large building firm. He is involved in recruitment. His firm were looking for some sparks so advertised. Among the interviewees was an eastern european gentleman. So at this particular interview the chap was asked for certificates etc. to show he was a spark. "Back in Poland" he replied in broken english "but I am very good worked for ten years as electrician" Sorry mate not this time he was told.

So yesterday they were interviewing for plumbers on a temp basis.
