Hi All,
Currently sorting out a system for a customer and I have noticed the following.
Current set up is one dish with a quad / LNB feeding two Satelite digi boxes one a Sky + with 2 feeds and the other a Panasonic Digibox which only has a single LNB input. Anyway I have noticed that in the 'All Channel' menu on the Sky + box Channel 5 is missing whereas on the other box it is listed and viewable .

Any thoughts on this ?.

Cheers,
Lofty

Have they had the switch from their analogue signal changed over to digital?
When they changed the signal in some areas in the country, all channels where automatically switched over except for Channel 5 (maybe due to the weak signal received in some areas.) you had to manually tune it in.
Maybe go to the digi box and run an auto tune, it may pick it up for the sky box.

Hi Simon,
The switch over has not happened yet in this area yet. I'll try the auto tune and see if it'll pick it up. Only noticed it whilst trying to sort out the cabling. The sytem is going to be one box suppling one half of the house and the other box feeding the other half of the house.

Cheers,
Lofty
