I don't know how to do a link from my phone so I've refreshed a thread containing a brilliant pdf. It's in the inspection and testing room. Very useful on site.

Tell me then, what PDF reader are people using on their mobiles....I found a couple....repligo and beam reader....does anyone have any views on these.....or any others???

I have one by Kdan Mobile Software called PDF reader lite with full PDF of the BRB it's the only PDF document I have on it at the moment tho.

Used both, currently use the Docs to Go PDF - was a paid for I think for full functionality.....it may well be the Beam reader one.

I must admit I tend to use the Android for PDFs as it has a larger screen than the Bold - the Torch should handle pdfs better.

I use pdf reader pro or dropbox sometimes, but mainly I just open them in iBooks.. iPhone btw.

I've got the PDF reader that comes already plumbed in with the Android HTC Desire (one helluva phone).

But also also ..... I mostly use the phone to take photos of the tables and paragraphs in the BRB, then just open the photos on the phone when I need to consult the tables etc on the job. You can zoom in and scroll all over the photos so it's just as effective as a PDF reader.

As for memory issues, probably PDFs use less. But with a 16gb sd card in the phone it's never been an issue.

So, if you don't have a PDF reader, don't panic chaps.

Cheers and Happy New Year.
