Ive been approached to carry out some sub contract work but need to be CHAS approved. Has anyone got any links to risk assessments, other than HSE ones, and any advice to how they have filled in the second section of the application form with reference to waste control etc. I am a sole trader. Any hekp gratefully received.

Hi-Fella, I have been in CHAS myself, have a look at the governments H&E website they may have some forms relating to waste control, I do have some risk assessments on my system which I can help you with, pm me your e-mail address and when I get home from work tommorrow I will send some relating to the trade across to you so you can fill them in and send chas some copies, you just need to put the job on the top and click some xs relating to risks etc and score from 1-10 depending on risk, I can help you with that, send me you e-mail details bud.
