My Makita impact driver has finally given up this week and 24v sds nearly gone also.

Time for an upgrade I think....

Just wondering where cheapest place to buy Makita is these days...? After some Lithion 18v gear

Thanks,

Sy

bang the batts on the bay seen some nackered ones do 20 quid each on there and then the drill and box seperate should give you a bit towards the new one, better than the bin :)

Yep it's all going on the Bay.... sold loads of old crap on there over last couple of years, got an old 12v drill and angle drill which have been sat in garage for ages, so might make the effort and stick it all on there next week, we'll see what happens.

Still no one out there that can recommend cheapest Makita dealer around then please....?

Or best/biggest power tool retailer....? (sure I read before about place called D&N tools? but dosent really bring much up in google?)

Cheers,

Sy

Hiya mate, i've had some cracking deals from ITS london and Anglia Tools, always shopped online, cheapest places i could find. Just upgraded my ol Makita stuff to Lithium Ion.

Still looking mate?

You can get a lightweight corded Makita from Anglia Tool Centre for just under 90 quid; reliable and packs a punch

Try here for corded
