After my pre assessment this week, I was told that I must do a check on my test equipment at least every 3 months and keep a record of it and also that an annual calibration is not needed.Do all you NIC guys do this

Yes i use check box every 3 months and log records. This means instrument does not need yearly calibration.

I get instruments callibrated every 3 years unless check box shows up problem.

The calcard is approved by niceic napet elecsa bsi etc etc and elecsa even sell them in their shopl as a reccomended self checker
 
I have a kewtech checkbox, carries out all the necessary's.

However i went to an exhibition last week where they cost only ÂŁ20 a go so got my kt64 done.
 
Does any one have model forms for test instument accuracy .
i have my nic assessment comming up and need to show records for test instuments
