yep I do just don`t look down I focus on the job I am doing helps.

Only thing I could suggest would be try taking some anti-emetics (travel sickness pills) but make sure they won't impede your ability to operate the machine first.

and have a couple slices of dark toast with peppermint tea
does a very good job of settling the stomach

Sounds strange...but alcohol has a weird effect, on vertigo and motion upto 48hrs after a good drinking sension.
