So, a job we have completed in London is having the meter installed next week, the supplier has asked for the certificate to be shown to the installer on the day.
Obviously the dead tests can be done and installed but can't be a full certificate.
First time I've been asked for this. We used to be asked for a disclaimer to be filled in but that was donkeys years ago.

Ask the supplier for a cert and just sign it, they supply the cert they do not mean EICs
