Circuit RCD dividing

Just wondered how most on here segregate their circuits

upstairs lights and downstairs sockets on R.C.D.1 and downstairs lights with upstairs sockets on R.C.D.2

RCBO 1 Alarm
RCBO 2 Smoke

Any views ????

you can only do the best with whats there sometimes thats 1 ring but you have the right idea
