We are looking for a UK-based collaboration partner to jointly realize Solar PV-Projects.
Who we are
We are a partnership of the German co-operative “proVoltic Bürgerkraftwerke eG” and a German installation / system integrator company “ASG Engineering GmbH”.
Over the last few years ASG Engineering has been installing a total capacity of approx. 3 MW in solar PV projects of varying sizes, from 9 kWp to 561 kWp.

Our proVoltic Co-op was founded in 2009 and currently has about 1000 members. With the help of our members we installed a 186 kWp installation on a commercial roof in Germany in 2010 and are about to start with the installation of a 131 kWp PV system, also in Germany.

What we want
We would like to share our experience with the UK market and develop projects in collaboration with UK-partners.
Who and what we are looking for
We are looking for UK-based partners whom we can jointly develop solar PV projects with. The collaboration would include all facets of the PV solar project development.
We are also looking for suitable roofs and appropriate fields and areas for ground-mounted solar installations. The potential installations should be of sizes that ultimately lend themselves to community ownership according to the German concept of "Citizens' power stations" ("Bürgerkraftwerke").
What we offer
Our business model provides for intermediate financing through a UK-investor, which would allow us to realize projects within a short period of time. In the long term the projects would be sold on to investors, preferably communities. Our ultimate goal is to establish "Citizens' power stations", solar PV installations owned by the community.
