Combustion Equipment

Just browsed the forum, so this is a first post. So hello!

Has anyone had any dealings with combustion equipment onshore or off?

A recruiter has put my CV forward for work with company that makes and installs this equipment, and it looks fascinating.

Just cant find much info to how it works and whats involved.

Hi Tony,
The company deals with emission control and clean air combustion systems in all sectors, but the position is marine and offshore so im guessing things like marine diesel, crude oil and produced gas. Probably the flares off rigs and so forth.

Have a look for CO monitoring for combustion monitoring. There’s more ways to control emissions other than just correct fuel air mixtures.
