Responses due by 18th Feb 2013. Rather odd as these new conditions are supposed to start from 1st December 2012.

The purpose of this document is to engage with stakeholders and to provide guidance for community organisations and education providers until it is replaced by the final guidance document, following consultation. In that sense, it should be considered as a 'live‘ document.
