Hi everyone, I am looking to take the compEx course and have heard all the various rumours some training centres are better than others, this place lets you do the exam open book, this place doesn't etc etc. I am between going to ASET in Aberdeen or down to NETA in Billingham. Has anyone done the course in either of these centres ? Or have you recently done it elsewhere. Any feedback would be appreciated guys.

I did mine at HOTA in Hull. I found it quite intense but if you study at home and have SWA experience you will be fine.

It was a 40% national pass rate when I did mine in 2004 so don't go in with the attitude that it's a walk in the park as it isn't.....or wasn't when I did it.

An instrument tech that was working in the bay next to me failed his practical when he tripped the RCD when energising his rig.

Since you are in Glasgow why not take it at Forth Valley in Falkirk?
