Completing MWC for Insulation resistance

Hi

Could anyone please advise how they would complete a MWC if they have tested L/N to E when carrying out insulation resistance test? What should you enter in the boxes provided on the cert?

Just fill out line to earth and write beside it L+N to E and N/A for the other two.

It's i r test method 2 But just put Ln to earth in ir bo
