Guys just heard that there is 90% NON compliance with wiring regs!!!! Firstly its not hard to go by the book so why dont they, secondly do insurers ever pay out on house fires?! No wonder we treated the same as hod carriers!

A friend of mine had been tweeted from building news and it is about new install. Apparently people are training to get the tickets and then wiping their arse with the book and doing it their way.
