Afternoon peeps.

Would anyone be good enough to share with me the way of converting a word document to a PDF document.

Ta.

Sorry, should have added without paying.:D

When you save the word document does it give you an option to save as a PDF in "save as" menu?

Or can you alter to file extension from .doc to .pdf and then save.

Ben,
Depends on your version of word but another alternative is to select print then, if available from the drop down menu, you select 'primo pdf' you then get an option for saving the 'file as' (Browse) as well as 'Output setting' which means printing or viewing on screen.
You will find the converted PDF in the location selected during the browse.

P.S. I should have added that'll be a few beer's in the sparky pub please:D

I use cute PDF Writer Free addition. install as a printer so to create the pdf file you just print the document and select that program instead of a printer.
