I have looked at a job today and the shed supply that is wired in a concentric wire withh what looks to be just a neutral wraped around the line conductor but does'nt seem to have a earth outer sheath iv never seen this in a domestic property at the shed it is rcd on a rod how would you work on this as this does look good to me

yes from what i saw of it that the stuff and as such answers my question as there in no armering it should'nt be buried i'll try to replace if thay go ahead with rest of work

Is that a LINE cable on the neutral i see on the DNO's TNS ?
