Hi Guys, just done a condition report on a property today and its a mess lol!!
There is a consumer unit in the celler from a TN-S supply, which is fine but also there is another 60amp bs88 fuse
split from the meter tails which then has two 10mm t&e cables on the outfeed running all the way upstairs to another cu
for the rest of the house!! so there is an inadicuate earth size and no meter tails.
My question is what shall i put on the report on the classification code? iv put a c2 would i be right?
Also there is no identification for the circuits so didn't perform dead tests as yet.
The incoming supply fuse which is all fastened to a chip board which is the norm with the meter but its hanging off the wall!! and there are signs of water ingress and wood rot so i told the vendor to contact the supply company who are due to turn the supply on as soon as the electrics are safe to turn on should come out and put it right as its not my responsibility before the meter.:dizzy2:
Feel like walking away from this one TBH
Cheers guys
