hello whats the best way to connect 2 lengths of 25mm square cable together
 
would be pos to use henley blocks. what if i use cooper tube crimps and heat shrink insulation

frankly you could twist them together and use chewing gum, but do you want proper advice????
 
Can't see the point of joining meter tails...can you enlighten me?

Ahh ..are you trying to hide the joint ;-)
