Could you help please?

As indicated above I have been asked to connect up one of the above units, which has a gas and water connection at it as well............. Supply voltage is given as 400v, 3N, 50/60. Amperage is given as 17.5.

I want to be clear on the cable size required, the type of isolator to be fixed at the unit end of the supply, as well as any help about the type of a possible safety cutout switch to be located next to the appliance.

I ask a lot and I am aware that some might be saying, "do you want us to connect it for you too?".

I would be grateful for enlightenment here.

Thanking you in anticipation.

if it'17.5A per phase, then 2.5mm cable on a 20A breaker is your starting point. then check VD and Zs values to ensure that 2.5mm is correct. a TP&N rotary isolator local to the fixture sounds logical.

Thanks for taking the time with your reply. Very helpful and prompt.
