everytime i connect my computer to electricity it makes a spark ,why?
actualy i have a cord an when i plug the second thing in , it makes the spark .
The secod thing is the monitor or the computer.
Is this bad for my computer or for the monitor?

If you allow the sparking to continue you risk blowing your computer and monitor. As advised above switch off before removing and that applies to any appliance.

Hearing a "sparking" noise as you plug a mains cable into a computer is not a fault. It always happens.
It should just be a very low level noise and happens because the poer supply has no switch in the mains cable. ( unless your computer is VERY old ) AT computer power supplies did have mains switch but ATX types do not. If you are worried obout this use the switch on the power socket.
