Connecting uplighter in paving

Evening,
I'm wondering what is the best way any of you have found for connecting uplighters laid in paving. Elv fittings thankfully, but only a 50mm cutout in the slab so struggle to get a good, watertight junction through. There is a smallish hollow been left under hole in the slab ( a short cut off of 100mm waste pipe).where the feed in/outs are.

Any help appreciated. Ta

Most up lighters need a soak away below and around the fitting otherwise the fitting just fills with water regardless of its IP rating.
soak away is normally 30 cm by 30 cm by 30 cm.

as for joints I like the wiska torpedoes with magic mushroom gel.
