Hi all,
I have had a look at a PV install and this is how the PV has been connected to the existing electrical system.
The main PV isolator, MCB & RCD has been connected directly onto the terminals of the main AC isolator feeding the property.
Do the cables used to connec the PV to the existing isolator need to be rated to the same as the incoming cable?
Any help would be grealty appreciated. Photo attached.
