Construction Site EM lighting

Is it a requirement for EM lighting on a construction site? and is it tested three monthly the same as the rest of the temporary supplies, also is a documented functional test required every month too.

A risk assessment like any other building must be conducted......usually if temporary lighting is required, then Emergency lighting will also be required.
