I know that some will still be too busy/tired to look at and respond to the consultation. In my experience it can be quite difficult to do too. Would it be reasonable to exchange a few thoughts about specific parts of the consultation to help those who can find time to respond pull together their argument?
I always seem to think of something relevant when it's too late and for those who are going to be bogged down with work until 11/12 there won't be much time after the paperwork has been sorted. This of course was the government's intention.
I intend to start reading the consultation properly on Wednesday - what is everyone else doing?
