After a quick google search i'm struggling to find somewhere i can buy or download consumer unit circuit charts.

I've seen that nic*spits*eic sell them and Pirform can do them but as i'll never be nic*spits*eic and i dont own a copy of Pirform i was wondering if anyone knew anywhere else i could get these from.

I've seen people say they use the info from the EIC cert (or leave a copy of that at the consumer unit) but the schedule of tests doesn't have a 'No of points' column like the small circuit charts i've seen has.

Any help much appreciated.

if you are not interested in following NIC's methods why do you want a CU label that has no. of points on it , which is a NIC invention not asked of by bs 7671 ?
;-D

I offen wonder about getting some of these printed with business card design on it, I always still a business card on the cu and would like to cut the number of dumb sticky labels down a bit.
cu's look a right mess with all the stickers on them. (wylex)

I could do that and scan my logo onto it, but suppose it might be a step backwards, I use easycert and it'll print me the circuit details out. This way only have to fill it in once. Might suggest to Brian to make the software so we can scan a business card in. Don't think he'll go for it though.

Ebay sell the circuit details labels think its about 100 for ÂŁ15 made by the label people and they customise and there are others such as swift engraving

just google electrical circuit detail labels

they customise also with your details and some of them also can add the Elecsa or niceic etc logos

Tbh i think they're a waste of time anyway BUT since i'm in the process of gifting my money to a scheme (Elecsa) i thought it best to at least attempt following thier rules hence the thread.

Going to get a pack from TLC (as suggested) then have a play with WORD (about time i finaly used the pc for work and not just trolling forums and playing games).

Elecsa check them on your inspection to, my very first I just left the chart folded up on top of the cu and he picked me up on it. Didn't mark me down and I think cus it's the only thing he could find he had to mention it
