What oh LADS got a question in an exam this week and was confused, which doesn't take much really. Had a massive brain freeze.

What type of breaker is used in a new build.:p

I answered a BSEN 61009

Thing is i'm sure i got it wrong, i got a crap score in the exam. H & S wise 100% electrotechnical definitions -400%

Please shed some light on this ta lads

Its a C & G question, why don't those ********* just ask normal questions in normal terms. When that happens i might have a chance. Like i said i had a brain freeze.

There was another one about the on site guide. only thing is i've not looked at the on site guide cos i'm on a electrotechnical course and not once has the College told us the guild would ask a question on the on site guide. Only time i looked at the on site guide was wen i did te 17th edition.

Tony,

Please watch the language.

Appreciate that C&G do word there questions in a difficult and sometimes confusing way and half the battle is understanding what they are asking.

Personally i would assume that if they asked breaker, then yes, it would be a BSEN 60898 MCB.

Was the exam a multi choice paper?

Sorry about the language, just frustration coming out, i suppose they cant give out qualification for no blood sweat and tears right:eek:

Yes it was multiple choice, just sick to death of the wording in the questions, i suppose i just dont read them properly,

going to take two deep breaths and read the question twice:)
