Hi,a simple scenario for most of you.hope this makes sense if you was doing a consumer unit change to upgrade it to 17th edition in a 3 bedroom terrace house (not more than 100m sq)& you found the whole house on 1 ring circuit on a 32 amp re-wireable fuse would it be part of the job to seperate the circuits so the upstairs & downstairs are seperate & the kitchen had it own circuit & if not part of the job & they didnt want them changing (cost),could you put them all on the same mcb (covered by an rcd)& just advise of the situation on the test certificate.would this be the best way forward,
thanks jason
