We have had our nightmare house moving saga for 5 months in July. Very simple move, just a chain of 2. Yet the solicitor still is dragging his heels.

Such a pain in the ---, and nothing I can do about it!

Anybody else had any major conveyancing problems?

I used convey UK in newport, they were only around £3-400 and pretty good I found.
